Refund policy

Lessons are paid at the end of the month so any issues for payment can be dealt with before payment date.

 

cancellation policy

if you can’t attend a lesson please give me 24 hours notice if possible. If there is a no show, I reserve the right to charge half lesson fee. 

data protection policy

your information remains confidential at all times and will not be used for any purpose except to contact yourselves . I may ask you to write a testimonial for my website with a first name and country only. 

first lesson policy

first lesson is free , maximum 25 minutes for young children or maximum 45 minutes for older clients

materials policy

Any materials I send you will be free of charge but I may ask you to buy a coursebook/workbook to enhance and speed up the learning
